For billing questions, refund requests, or to cancel a subscription, email hello@sessionlinked.com with the subject line “Billing” and the email address you use to sign in to SessionLinked. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

You can also cancel an active subscription at any time from your account settings inside the SessionLinked companion application. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Full details of your cancellation rights are in our Terms of Service, sections 8 and 9.

To report copyright infringement, trademark infringement, privacy complaints, unlawful content, or any other legal complaint relating to SessionLinked, email hello@sessionlinked.com with the subject line “Legal notice” and enough detail for us to identify the material and investigate.

We aim to respond to legal notices within 5 business days.
